GRK Rivonia:

A play on the ‘normal’ Greek tavern look and feel. Inspired by, and paying reference to Greek art forms, the space steers away from the traditional ‘blue and white’ aesthetic that one generally sees and associates with a Greek restaurant.
In a more contemporary setting, GRK’s interior is largely made up of custom coloured Herringbone Wolkberg tiles which appear on both the floor and walls, mirroring the geometric wooden detail that stretches across the ceiling above, as well as our Upholstry print which is a modern take on a Greek mosaic, available from Home Fabrics! Inspired by Greek art forms, one notices the organic shaped bar counter detail and the symmetrical, modular wall panel placed perfectly at the back of the arched seating booth. Additionally, the subtle black and terracotta Greek-inspired objet and details throughout the space break the neutral pallet and color scheme within the design, and further add character.
